Caffeine and Octane Update - Breakfast or Caravan

 

For those that want to eat breakfast lets just do Waffle House like we always do at 6:30AM and we go to the show at 7AM sharp or if you want to meet at Waffle House get there by 7AM.

For those that do not want to eat and want to caravan from Vinings/Smyrna meet with Greg at Buckhead Imports at 6:30 and ride from there and they are leaving at 6:45-7AM

Remember guys people are arriving earlier and earlier to the show so try to get there early.

Caffeine and Octane is this weekend Sunday 7AM Windward Pkwy

Ok guys and gals,

Caffeine and Octane is this weekend.  The ATLBIMMERS group and the A-Town M Club will be meeting early in the morning for breakfast and riding over to the event so that we can park together.  We will be meeting at 6:30AM at a location to be determined(so check back).  We will have a short breakfast and then we will ride over to the event.  Get on the email list if you want to receive an email update from me.  Send your name year make and model to atlbimmers@yahoo.com and I will add you to the list.

Thanks to everyone that came out today. The meet was fun and that drive from the Varsity to Dantana's was crazy! Glad there weren't any blue lights out because we really pushed it hard.  There were a lot of new faces with all different kinds of rides. Greg from Buckhead Imports brought out the E39 M5 Supercharged beast and a supercharged E46 M3.  We had a rare appearance of a nice 850CI as well.  I won't be able to make it to Bimmeworld Tuesday but I will be at Caffeine and Octane this Sunday.  Here are the photos:

ATLBIMMERS Monthly Meet and Cruise-In from the Varsity to Dantanna's - Sunday March 25 3:30PM

Aight guys and gals,

Third time is a charm, hopefully.   We will meet at Dantanna's  in the Shops at Lenox. For those that would like to stay and eat there will be several NBA games on around 6-7PM
 Keep in mind that if it is raining there will be low turnout.  I tried to check the forecast and it looks like its only going to rain on Friday and Saturday.  So maybe we will be in luck.

We will do a cruise-in from the Varsity.  We will meet at the Varsity between 3:30 and 4PM.  The meet at Dantanna's will be at 5PM.  If you plan on going to Dantanna's park in the Shops at Lenox(Do not go to the mall or you will be booted!)

Anyone Up For A Quick Mountain Run? Monday March 19, 6AM

The ATLBIMMERS Crew will be doing a Mountain Run tomorrow morning Monday March 19.  It is a short notice run but it has been brewing for a couple of weeks.

Here are the details.

1. Meet at IHOP in Cumming (920 Market Place Boulevard, Cumming, GA 30041-7920) at 6 AM to take a short break from driving and grab some quick breakfast. There's also a Waffle House across the street. This should be a pretty central location for everyone coming from midtown or the suburbs.
2. From there, we will all leave and re-group at Walmart in Dahlonega (270 Walmart Way, Dahlonega, GA).
3. Then, we can start going up towards Suches and do the loop.

United BMW Roswell An Evening with Bimmerworld! Tuesday March 27, 2012 6PM

United BMW Roswell invites you to spend an evening with the Bimmerworld race team on March 27^th starting at 6pm.
Prior to their race at Barber Motorsports Park in the Continental Tire Challenge, the team will display their cars and be on hand to answer your questions, and run a number of pit stop simulations.

Caffeine and Octane Photos From the March Show

Something about sunshine that brings out the baddest rides!   This was the first great weather Caffeine and Octane of the year and it was a great one.  Not only did this Lexus LFA come out, but there was also a Lamborghini Aventador in attendance.  The parking lot was packed by 8:30AM and parking was tough to come by.  We met the A-Town M Club at Waffle House prior to going to the show and we ran into the M-Atlanta group at the show.   Anyway, enough talk, here are the photos!

Caffeine and Octane is this Sunday March 4, 7AM-11AM

Well guys and gals,  Caffeine and Octane is back and it should be huge if the weather cooperates.   The show in Feb was pretty large even with wet roads.    Don't miss this Sunday's show!  I will be taking pictures as usual and will post them on Flickr.
