Caffeine and Octane location has been announced - Sunday Sept 4, 2011 7AM

Wait no longer. The September Caffeine and Octane will take place this Sunday at Northview High School in John's Creek. The address is 10625 Parsons Road, Johns Creek Ga. For those unfamiliar it's near the intersection of State Bridge and Hwy 141.
Looks like there will be a lot of room there, and the vendors will have their own area.

 I will be there taking photos and will post as soon as possible.  Time to wash the ride up!  If the ATLBIMMERS crew  want to meet and park together lets come up with a meeting place.  We can meet anywhere on Old Milton pkwy.

Second Monthly Meet Phipps Plaza 8-21-2011

Our second monthly meet started out good, but the rain interrupted the meet and forced us to go underground.   This lead to an interesting revelation that those underground photos look pretty dam good.  So I'm trying to figure out where the next venue will be since the guys mentioned that they wanted to try a different spot than Twist.  We also had some new faces to show up which was great.   Anyway here are the photos!

Caffiene and Octane

I had a chance to attend Caffeine and Octane for the first time on Sunday August 7, 2011.  I must admit that I was VERY VERY impressed with the type of cars that were there.  For a free, loosely organized meet, it has to be the best one I've seen.  My little 328i convertible pales in comparison to these rides. It makes me wish I had a dream ride.  But I will get one someday.  Anyway here are some photos. Special thanks to my wife for telling me about Caffeine and Octane.  She told me about one day when she saw it and said that she had never seen so many Lamborghini's and Ferrari's in one place.  I said to myself I had to see this!  The next one is scheduled for September 4th but they are still trying to obtain another venue.

Our First Monthly Meet!

We held our first monthly meet on Sunday July 24, 2011.  The turnout was great! About 24 cars showed up, everything from the 1 series to the 7 series.  Lots of 3 Series and M3's as usual and a couple of 5 Series.   We hope to see more 6's and 7's and maybe an 8 or two in the near future as we make more people aware of the event.  We also got a chance to eat at Twist and enjoy the $10 Sunday all you can eat special.  Everybody had fun and can't wait for the next one.  Shouts out to the guys from Bimmerforums and E90Post for representing and special thanks to Twist restaurant and Phipps Plaza security for being gracious host.  We plan to meet every 3rd Sunday of the month at various venues.  Keep coming here for more updates.
